I was one of Russ’ first hires on the rockstar BITS team at VDMS. He’s one of the most compassionate, genuine, empathetic people I’ve had the pleasure of working for and with over the years. He’s not only an extremely knowledgeable guy in the media space, but he also an amazing ability to identify the smartest person in the room (if it isn’t him) and quickly become an expert on any project he’s involved in.
