Recommendation from Martin Millstam

"high-impact technical leader"

"I had the privilege of managing Russ for four years, and he always stood out for his ability to solve tough technical problems with real, practical creativity. He has a great grasp of the entire media technology landscape, combining a deep understanding of core delivery infrastructure like digital broadcasting, OTT streaming, and CDN edge networks. Russ also shone with his expertise in modern Generative Media across video, music, and image creation. When we ran into ambiguous requirements or complex architectural hurdles, Russ was fantastic at combining cutting-edge generative tools with traditional, battle-tested systems to build clever, resilient solutions. Beyond his technical skills, Russ brings incredible energy and drive to the team. He’s always willing to roll up his sleeves and go the extra mile to make sure his projects and partners succeed. Russ is a high-impact technical leader, and I would gladly work with him again."
