“Turns strategy into reality”

Russ is truly exceptional. It’s rare to find someone so relentlessly focused on action and pragmatic solutions. On multiple occasions, we would discuss an idea, and within 24 hours Russ would return with a functional proof of concept that helped bring our vision to life. He is a natural motivator, an inspiring leader, and the kind of teammate who consistently turns strategy into reality.
